Sanjiv Kumar Singh, Director (Mining) at HCL, has been appointed as CMD until June 30, 2026, by the ACC. Selected by PESB in Dec 2024, he has served as Director (Mining) since March 2022.

Sanjiv Kumar Singh was chosen by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on December 12, 2024, for the post of CMD at HCL under Schedule "A" Central PSU. Seven people overall were interviewed. He has been the Director Mining of HCL since 26th March, 2022.
