Squid Game 3 Teaser: The Final Chapter Of Lee Jung-jae Starrer Looks More Deadlier And Twisted

Netflix has officially unveiled the teaser for Squid Game Season 3 and announced its release date.

After the successful two seasons of K-drama series Squid Game, Netflix has returned with Season 3 with a dramatic finale. The makers, today, unveiled Squid Game Season 3 teaser. Though it was released amidst the Met Gala 2025 buzz, the teaser started trending on social media.

The 1-minute 24-second-long teaser, which is sans dialogue hints that the final chapter will be more deadlier with more dramatic twists. We see a familiar black coffin taken into the arena by pink-suited guards. The coffin has Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) aka Player 456, who awakens with a jolt.

Towards the end of the teaser, a baby라이브 바카라 cry is heard, which makes fans speculate that the pregnant contestant has delivered a child.

Season 3 of Squid Game is reportedly having six episodes and the teaser comes with the tagline, “It라이브 바카라 time to play one last time.”

When is Squid Game 3 releasing?

Created by Hwang Dong-hyuk, Squid Game 3 will premiere on June 27, 2025, on Netflix.

Besides Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun is reprising his role as the Front Man, and Wi Ha-jun is back as Hwang Jun-ho. New players in the arena are:

What happened in Squid Game 2?

Season 2 of Squid Game started off from where the first season ended. It shows protagonist Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), sporting pink-dyed hair, all set to board a flight with his prize money and returns back as he decides to put an end to the deadly games. However, in the third episode of the season, he falls prey to the mastermind Hwang In-ho (Lee Byung-hun) and finally decides to be back to the game to end once and for all. He enters the game and joins new players including his best friend, Park Jung-bae (Lee Seo-hwan). The twist comes when the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) joins the competition as player 001 aka Young-il and joins hands with Seong Gi-hun and wins his trust, just to betray him towards the end of the last episode of the season. Gi-hun remains unaware of the betrayal. Will he be able to find out the truth and save other players of the deadly game? That is expected to be unraveled in the finale season.
