The trailer for Loveyapa was unveiled yesterday. It gives a sneak peek into the love story of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor and how they navigate the complexities and intricacies of modern love after they swap their phones. Loveyapa is a blend of comedy, romance, and drama.
The trailer begins by showing Gaurav (Junaid) sitting with and Baani's (Khushi) father played by Ashutosh Rana, who gives them a challenge to exchange their phones and prove their love.
Then comes the twist as their secrets are revealed which lead to chaos, confusion, frustration, and misunderstandings.
Directed by Advait Chandan, Loveyapa is all set to hit the theatres on February 7, 2025. It is the remake of the 2022 Tamil film Love Today.
Loveyapa is Junaid Khan's first film in romantic comedy genre. He made his debut with Maharaj. While it is Khushi's first film after The Archies. Loveyapa is a “heartwarming tale enriched with unforgettable performances, lively music, and breathtaking visuals” and it would be interesting to watch Khushi and Junaid's on-screen chemistry.
