Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 8: Salman Khan's film finally crossed Rs 100 crore mark in India.

Salman Khan's Eid release, Sikandar is turning out to be one of the weakest performances of his career. The film mostly received negative reviews from critics and audiences. After opening with Rs 26 crore, the film saw a slight growth on Day 2 as it minted Rs 29 crore. But since Day 3, it saw a significant drop in its earnings and on Day 4 too, there was a huge dip. Day 5 and 6, also, didn't witnessed good numbers. On Day 7 and Day 8, the collections surged a bit, and somehow it managed to cross the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office.

The total box office collection of Sikandar in eight days stands at Rs 102.25 crore.

On Sunday, April 6, Salman Khan-starrer had an overall 11.50% Hindi occupancy. Evening shows had the maximum occupancy of 15.11%, and morning shows had the lowest occupancy of 5.30%. Afternoon shows recorded an occupancy of 13.10% and night shows witnessed 12.49% occupancy.

Day 1- Rs 26 crore

Day 2- Rs 29 crore

Day 3- Rs 19.5 crore

Day 4- Rs 9.75 crore

Day 5- Rs 6 crore

Day 6- Rs 3.5 crore

Day 7- Rs 4 crore

Day 8- Rs 4.50 (early estimates)

Total- Rs 102.25 crore

As per makers, on Day 7, Sikandar's gross India collection was Rs 6.18 crores and gross overseas collection was Rs 3.5 crores. In seven days, the worldwide box office collection of Sikandar stands at Rs 187.85 crore.

As per reports, on Sunday, the action-thriller had a total of 4406 shows in India. The shows were reduced due to its low demand.

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film also starred Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar and Sharman Joshi in pivotal roles.

Sikandar has been produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment alongside Salman Khan Films.
