Bihar Pavilion Wins Gold At India International Trade Fair 2024

Celebrating Bihar's Gold win at IITF 2024 for its sustainable design and thematic excellence at Bharat Mandapam.

The Bihar Pavilion was awarded the prestigious Gold at the 43rd India International Trade Fair (IITF) on Wednesday for its exceptional design, thematic presentation, and focus on sustainability practices. The award ceremony was held at the Amphitheatre, Musical Fountain, adjacent to Hall 1, at Bharat Mandapam.

The pavilion, which was inaugurated by Bihar라이브 바카라 Minister of Industries and Tourism, Nitish Mishra, highlighted the state라이브 바카라 progress under the theme “Viksit Bihar under Viksit Bharat @ 2047.”

Upon receiving the accolade, Nodal Director Nikhil Dhanraj Nipanikar lauded the collective efforts behind the pavilion's creation. He remarked, This award is a testament to Bihar's vision and the tireless efforts of all involved in curating the pavilion. It reflects not just our rich cultural heritage, but also the strides we are making in industrial and economic development.”

Bandana Preyashi, Secretary of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, expressed her pride in the achievement, stating, This award underscores our commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation, all of which are integral to our vision of 'Viksit Bihar by 2047'. It is a testament to the collaborative effort of the government and our local artisans, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders who have brought this vision to life.”

Director of the Department of Industries, Bihar, Alok Ranjan Ghosh, credited the success to meticulous planning and collaboration across departments. He noted, “This achievement is a significant milestone for Bihar, reaffirming its position as a forward-thinking state that embraces its heritage while charting a progressive path. The Bihar Pavilion stands as a symbol of the state's aspirations and efforts toward realizing its vision of 'Viksit Bihar by 2047.’”

The pavilion라이브 바카라 innovative design was conceptualized by Saurav Srivastava, with expert fabrication support from Aslam, Aneesh, Islam, and others. A core team comprising Kajal, Ashok Kumar Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Abbas Rizvi, and Prateek, supported by Ravi Prakash and Priyanka, ensured seamless coordination and execution of the project.

Featuring 75 stalls, the pavilion showcased Bihar라이브 바카라 traditional arts, sustainable industrial practices, and development initiatives. The entrance, styled as the iconic Sabhyata Dwar, symbolized Bihar's rich heritage.

Inside, 3D-printed visuals of modern Nalanda and the Rajgir Glass Bridge stood alongside traditional art forms like Madhubani, Tikuli, and Manjusa, celebrating the integration of history and progress. Sustainability was a core focus, with the pavilion adhering to ITPO라이브 바카라 plastic-free guidelines and incorporating locally sourced, eco-friendly materials.

The Bihar Pavilion also spotlighted flagship initiatives such as Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana and Start-Up Bihar, reflecting entrepreneurship and innovation in the state.

This year라이브 바카라 IITF saw participation from over 3,500 exhibitors, including nine international participants and representatives from 33 states and Union Territories.
