The Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, proposed convening a WHEF conference at the Maha Kumbh 2025, which was held on December 14 in Mumbai. During his speech, he stated that “The Maha Kumbh is an ideal platform to discuss the Hindu economy, as Prayagraj will serve as a remarkable center for the seamless integration of heritage (Virasat) and development (Vikas).”

In his speech, CM Yogi Adityanath advocated organizing the WHEF conference during the Mahakumbh in 2025 and inviting the forum to convene an economic conference during the occasion. The conference will include a variety of debates and workshops aimed at influencing the future of Uttar Pradesh and India.

The conference will also highlight Uttar Pradesh's crucial role in the country's economic and social growth, as well as discuss the necessary changes and developmental plans to make India a developed nation by 2047.
