Through his videos, he shares practical farming techniques, and cattle-rearing insights, especially about the ‘Gir Cow Breed’ and modern agricultural practices. His content goes beyond tutorials, it bridges the gap between traditional wisdom and innovative farming technology, making agriculture more accessible and profitable for rural communities.
“From the beginning, my focus was 'Ghar, Gaay aur Kheti' " (home, cow, and farming)," says Parmar in a conversation with 바카라 journalist Sushmita Barik.
How did you come up with the idea to start your social media channel?
In 2017, my father brought home a Gir Cow from Gujarat. It was a beautiful breed, and I thought, why not make a video about it? So, I filmed and edited the video myself and uploaded it on YouTube without even knowing much about the platform. To my surprise, the video got 1,700 views! Your channel, “Farmer Choice”, focuses on agriculture and farming. How did you decide to focus on this particular niche?
Farming has always been in my blood. My grandmother, my mother and everyone in my family has a deep knowledge of farming. Growing up, I was sure this was what I wanted to do. But there was one more thing―I loved technology. I didn’t want to choose between the two, so I found a way to bring them together. That라이브 바카라 how my journey as a content creator began.
At first, I would visit different farms, meet farmers, and share their stories through my videos. I wanted to highlight their struggles, their successes, and the wisdom they had gathered over generations. But then I thought why not tell my own story too? Living in a village and being an influencer seems like an interesting combination. How has living in a rural area influenced your content and approach to social media?
In the beginning, people in my village didn’t understand what I was doing. They would go to my parents and say, “Your son is wasting his time. Nobody earns money by making videos. He has no future in this.” Even my father started questioning me, was this really worth it? Was I just chasing an empty dream?
But I believed in what I was doing. I kept making videos and kept sharing knowledge, and slowly, things started changing. Today, the same people, who once doubted me, now come to me with curiosity. “How do you make these videos? How do you earn from them?” they ask. Some even ask me to feature them in my content!
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced while managing a channel from a village?
Managing a YouTube channel from a village wasn’t easy; it came with its own set of challenges. The first and the biggest hurdle was an embarrassment. In the beginning, whenever I would shoot a video, people laughed at me. “What is he doing?” they would say. It was uncomfortable, and at times, I felt like quitting. But over time, I learned to ignore the noise. Today, the same people who laughed at me now praise my work.
Another major challenge was internet connectivity. The network in my village was so weak that I often had to climb onto the terrace just to upload a video. It was frustrating, but I didn’t let it stop me. As I started earning, I invested in a better setup, and now, things are much smoother.

You have covered so many topics. Is there any issue that stood out and needs to be addressed?
One common scam was fraud dealers convincing farmers to buy cows online, promising home delivery after payment. Many farmers lost their hard-earned money to these fake deals. When I saw this happening, I knew I had to do something. So, I made videos exposing these scams.
Another issue was that most farmers focused only on selling milk, missing out on other income opportunities. I made videos showing them how they could earn more by making ghee (clarified butter) and chhaach (buttermilk). Many farmers followed my advice and saw an increase in their earnings. That, for me, is the real success of my channel, helping people make a difference in their lives.
What are your main sources of income from “Farmer Choice”? How much do you earn from social media?
People often ask me, “How much do you earn from YouTube?”
The truth is that earnings in my category are much lower compared to tech content creators. For 5K views, I earn around $1, whereas a tech YouTuber can earn between $4 and $8 per 1K views. YouTube earnings depend entirely on views―the more the views, the more the revenue. My main sources of income are YouTube ads, brand promotions, and affiliate marketing, and I currently have three channels: ‘Farmer Choice’, my main channel, ‘Tractor Choice’ (where I talk about tractors) and ‘Techy Era’, because even though I come from a farming background I love technology, and that라이브 바카라 why I started this channel.
As a social media influencer, do you think social media is a reliable source of income?
