Aaam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal acknowledged that the Trinamool Congress has announced its support for his party in the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.
Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar on Tuesday announced that all the 70 assembly seats in Delhi will go to polls on February 5 and the votes will be counted on February 8.

Kejriwal thanked West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool matriarch Mamata Banerjee for supporting the party.
In a post on X, Kejriwal wrote, "TMC has announced support to AAP in Delhi elections. I am personally grateful to Mamta Didi. Thank you Didi. U have always supported and blessed us in our good and bad times."

Trinamool Congress had also endorsed the Aam Aadmi Party for the Delhi polls in 2020 when Rajya Sabha MP Derek O'Brien had urged people to vote for chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and all AAP candidates.
O'Brien in a post on X had praised AAP candidates from Rajendra Nagar constituency, Raghav Chadha and said: "What they promised, they have delivered. The candidate is Ragh-av Chadha, he is a boy from here, very enthusiastic. One of the youngest bright minds I have seen in Delhi. Vote for AAP, vote for Raghav Chadha. May Aam Aadmi Party do very, very well." CM Mamata Banerjee enjoys a very good personal rapport with Kejriwal.
