His entrepreneurial journey was driven by the aim of addressing gaps in the education system. The institute focuses on skill-building, development, and contemporary teaching methods, providing students with practical knowledge in digital marketing.
Timir Jaiswal, originally from Vadodara, Gujarat, earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), Vadodara. He later completed an MBA in International Business and Marketing at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC), in the United Kingdom, and attended a Management Development Program (MDP) in Advance Digital Marketing for Performance and Growth at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K).
During his time at IIM, Timir Jaiswal was actively involved in both academics and extracurricular activities, including research and community outreach. His experiences led him to recognize the importance of providing students with practical skills and real-world exposure alongside theoretical knowledge.
"Institute of Quantum Marketing was conceived with a belief that education should be accessible, relevant, and forward-thinking," says Timir. "My time at IIM Kozhikode opened my eyes to the vast potential for innovation in education. I wanted to create an institution that could foster critical thinking, creativity, and hands-on learning."
After completing his education, Timir D Jaiswal gained experience in the corporate sector, where he developed a better understanding of business operations, management, and strategy. This experience was important when he decided to start the Institute of Quantum Marketing in 2016, with a focus on combining modern technology and traditional learning methods.
The institution offers several programs, including Quantum Launch for beginners, Quantum Upskill for individuals seeking to specialize in digital marketing, and Quantum Visionary, which focuses on digital marketing strategies for business growth. The approach to education emphasizes research, mentorship, and collaboration between students and faculty.

"The journey was not easy, but the challenges provided important learning experiences. Building the institution from the ground up required ongoing adaptation and resilience," Timir says.
Timir adds, "Having studied at IIM-K and UWIC, UK, and contributing to various sectors within the education landscape – from K12 and higher education to edtech and international healthcare – a recurring theme emerged: the need to address the shortcomings of the current education system. The traditional paradigm often leaves students disheartened as it fails to adequately prepare them for success in the real world. This realization fueled the founding of the Institute of Quantum Marketing, with a resolute focus on surpassing these limitations."
The institution offers a functional digital platform with various learning resources, supported by a faculty team that includes alumni from institutions such as IIT, IIM, and UWIC-UK, as well as industry professionals who bring both academic and practical experience to the courses.
