Balasore Train Accident: Railways Suspends 7 Employees On 'Charges Of Dereliction Of Duty'

A report by the Commission of Railway Safety (CRS) earlier reported that multi-level lapses led to the Odisha train accident. "Wrong signalling" was one among these.
