After speculations about realignment in Bihar politics waned, political rivalry is back in full swing between JDU and RJD. The state's Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav criticised Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday, alleging that the "tired leader", who relies on retired officers to govern the state, has transformed the hopes of youth into disappointments.
Tejashwi Yadav shared a poster on social media platform X, where he made a scathing attack against CM Nitish Kumar. Tejashwi termed CM Nitish Kumar's Pragati Yatra a "Durgati Yatra" and criticized the state government for spending Rs. 225.78 crore.
He wrote, "The tired Chief Minister, in collusion with retired officials, has turned the hopes of the youth of Bihar into disappointments. Hundreds of crores are being wasted in false propaganda through advertisements. Instead of making the lives of Biharis prosperous, they have ruined them. Bihar's progress has been thrown into the fire of misery."
"Under the leadership of the insensitive government and its head, hundreds of bridges collapse in a single rainy season. For the last two decades, all types of examinations have been subjected to paper leaks and fraud. Inflation is eating up every home and every family. Businesses of small and big businesses are on the verge of ruin. Under his rule, Bihar is at the top in poverty, unemployment, corruption, and migration," he added.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday came up with a cryptic response to the comments of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad that "doors are open" for him to join the INDIA bloc.
Lalu Prasad Said, "If he (Nitish Kumar) joins us, we will definitely welcome him. We will also forgive his past mistakes and keep him with us. We will sit and work together. Each time, we take the right decision, but he is not able to take the right decision. He runs away and leaves the alliance."
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar responded to the offer with a strong statement, "We made mistakes twice and went astray, but now we will always stay together and work for development."
Several political developments in the state have sparked rumours of a possible shift in alliances. Nitish, who has been on a 'Pragati Yatra' (progress march) across the state, has been highlighting his government라이브 바카라 work, particularly for women라이브 바카라 welfare.
During this travel, there is a noticeable absence of both deputy chief ministers - Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha (who belong to the BJP). Further fuelling the political rumours, Nitish was seen meeting Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav with great cordiality at an event hosted by Bihar's new Governor, Arif Mohammad Khan. This meeting raised eyebrows and added fuel to the speculation that the JD(U) and the RJD might be considering a potential alliance or understanding.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was on a visit to Delhi last week. During this time, he had visited the residence of late former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
Earlier, there were rumors that he might meet PM Modi and Amit Shah, but this did not happen. After this, it was also said that he can also meet the BJP president, but this meeting did not even take place. As a result, Nitish returned to Patna without meeting any BJP leader.
It is also to be noted that when the NDA meeting was held at BJP president JP Nadda's house in Delhi, all the big leaders of the NDA had reached it; only one who did not go, Nitish Kumar's name, was among them.
