She emphasized that the scheme is designed to benefit citizens across the nation and should not have been withheld from Delhiites. With the additional financial support from the state government, eligible beneficiaries will now receive enhanced healthcare coverage.
The second major agenda was the tabling of 14 pending reports from the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in the Delhi Legislative Assembly. CM Gupta noted that these reports had been withheld by the former government despite their importance in ensuring financial transparency. She announced that the reports would be presented in the first session of the Assembly.
