Amidst the conflicts between the member parties of the alliance, Indian National Congress leader Sachin Pilot on January 13 said that the INDIA Alliance is strong and will remain stronger. “INDIA Alliance is strong and will remain stronger but we take our own stand in different state elections,” Pilot said to reporters in Jaipur.
On Congress-AAP contesting against each other in Delhi assembly elections, Pilot said that the politics is getting limited to allegations and Congress provides an alternative to this. "Every party fights the elections to win. We are presenting our ideas and roadmaps in front of the people... The elections in Delhi are getting limited to the politics of allegations and counter-allegations between BJP and AAP... Congress is giving an alternative to the people,” Pilot said.

Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on January 8 said the INDIA bloc has lost its significance and was formed specifically for the Lok Sabha elections. Speaking to reporters in Bihar라이브 바카라 Buxar, Yadav said: “INDIA was formed just for the Lok Sabha elections and to stop the victory chariot of the BJP. It has no significance now. This is why the bickering between the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party ahead of the Delhi Assembly polls is not unexpected.”
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also expressed dismay over the lack of clarity regarding its leadership and agenda, saying the alliance should be wound up if it was meant only for the parliamentary elections. "After the Assembly elections in Delhi, they should call all the alliance members for a meeting. If this alliance was only for the parliamentary elections, it should be wound up, and we will work separately. But if it is meant for Assembly elections as well, we will have to sit together and work collectively,” Abdullah told reporters.
A fierce three-way contest is looming for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. The Congress has intensified its attacks on the ruling AAP, as both parties vie for dominance in a battle — which could benefit the BJP.
AAP and Congress had joined hands for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Delhi, but the two parties have since parted ways, making the upcoming February 5 assembly elections a three-way battle. Former allies have now become fierce rivals as both are engaging in bitter disputes that have brought satisfaction to the BJP. While the Delhi Congress leaders have launched a full-scale attack on Kejriwal, the AAP leader has accused the Congress of "secret coordination" with the BJP.
