Well, first of all, more than the judicial system, it talks a lot about the National Investigation Agency (NIA), because the root problem lies there. Also, the problem of prison conditions are so bad that even a healthy person will come out ill. As far as his case is concerned, it is not so much with the High court. The lower court, which is the special court rejected Swamy라이브 바카라 applications for bail on medical grounds as well as on substantive law. It so happened that whatever the prosecution says, it was accepted by the lower judiciary. This particular judge accepted whatever the prosecution said. NIA opposed Swamy라이브 바카라 two bail pleas in the special court and two in the high court.
