Amid speculation of a possible reunion between the two factions of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) that resurfaced a week ago, Nationalist Congress Party (SCP) chief Sharad Pawar once again shared stage with his estranged nephew and NCP president Ajit Pawar for the second time in four days, as per media reports.

They reportedly met at an event organised by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank in Mumbai on Monday which came just days after the two leaders were seen together at a programme organised by the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha in Satara on Friday.

Amid talks of merger of NCP and NCP (SP), the state executive of the Sharad Pawar-led outfit is reportedly scheduled to meet in Mumbai on Wednesday during which issues like the upcoming civic polls, India-Pakistan conflict and organisational revamp are expected to be discussed.

The reunion buzz has left other parties in the ruling alliance and the Opposition coalition wary.

Commenting on the speculation, Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said the two NCP factions “were already together” while Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis refrained from passing any remark on the matter.

“They are not like us. Our self-respecting position is not to join forces with those who broke our party, toppled the government, misused power, and stabbed Maharashtra in the back,” Raut said, as per The Indian Express.

Thackeray Brothers Unity Buzz

Besides the unity buzz in the NCP camp, earlier it was reported that the Thackeray brothers- Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray indicated their willingness to unite for the interest of Maharashtra and Marathi people by keeping aside the differences between them.

In a candid interview with actor Mahesh Manjrekar, Raj Thackeray spoke on a range of topics, including Marathi identity, the upcoming Mumbai municipal elections, Eknath Shinde라이브 바카라 politics and a possible alliance with Uddhav Thackeray.

“The disputes and disagreements between us are minor, compared to greater causes. Maharashtra is far bigger than our personal issues. These matters are trivial in the fight for the existence of the Marathi identity. Coming together or working together isn’t a difficult thing—it라이브 바카라 only a matter of will. And it라이브 바카라 not just about me. I believe all Marathi people across political parties should unite and form a single front," Raj Thackeray was quoted as saying by Loksatta.

However, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut later clarified that while discussions were happening, no official alliance has been announced.

Speaking to reporters, the Rajya Sabha MP said Uddhav Thackeray hasn’t set any preconditions for patching up with Raj but has emphasized putting Maharashtra라이브 바카라 interests first and avoiding any association with its “enemies.”

“There라이브 바카라 no alliance as of now—just emotional conversations,” Raut said to ANI.

Raut further stated that the relationship between the two brothers had not been broken.

“Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray are brothers. We have been together for years. Our relationship has not broken… Both brothers will decide (about the alliance)", he added.
