In a tragic incident, a 28-year-old woman working at a call centre in Pune's Yerawada succumbed to her injuries after her male colleague stabbed her brutally in the office parking lot.
The woman was bleeding profusely and was rushed to a nearby private hospital where despite efforts to save her, she died during treatment.

As per a report by India Today, the woman was later identified as Shubda Shakar Kadar while the accused has been identified as 30-year-old Krishna Satyanarayan Kanoja.
On Tuesday, the accused confronted the woman when she was leaving for home around 6:30 p.m. As per the CCTV footage that went viral, Kanoja was seen brandishing a kitchen knife and charging at the woman who was lying on the ground in visible pain.
As the woman was bleeding profusely, she was rushed to a nearby private hospital where despite efforts to save her, she died during treatment.
After a preliminary investigation, police officials confirmed that a financial dispute between the two colleagues was the source of the attack. Kanoja has been detained and charged under Section 103 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for murder.
