Social Media and PsyWars: A Lesson From South Korea

South Korea has a unique independent prosecutor system like their judges for directing the investigation, participating in the trial and executing the judgments. NIS chief Won, who was originally sentenced to 4 years prison sentence in 2018 got enhanced punishment in February this year to 7 years besides civil and political disqualifications for misusing secret government funds.
