The 2025 Malaysia Open marks the opening tournament of the 2025 BWF World Tour and is part of the long-standing Malaysia Open championships, which have been held since 1937. The tournament is organized by the Badminton Association of Malaysia, with sanction from the BWF.
This event will be a treat for Indian badminton fans, with some big names in action, including everyone's favorite duo, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, who are seeded seventh in men's doubles. Additionally, Lakshya Sen and HS Prannoy will also be competing in the tournament.
