Barcelona Sweep Aside 10-Man Real Sociedad To Regain La Liga Lead
Barcelona made light work of 10-man Real Sociedad, storming to a 4-0 victory to reclaim the La Liga lead. Gerard Martín, Marc Casado, Ronald Araujo, and Robert Lewandowski found the net as Barcelona moved a point clear of Atletico Madrid at the summit. Sociedad's night unraveled early, with Aritz Elustondo seeing red in the 17th minute for hauling down Dani Olmo to prevent a breakaway.
