Cagliari and Genoa shared a point each in a hard-fought 1-1 draw at the Unipol Domus in Italy on Friday night. The home side came into the game after straight losses to Bologna and Juventus and only four goals in its last six league matches, and opened the scoring in the 18th minute, only to be cancelled out by Maxwell Cornet early in the second half.
