The initiative, part of SLC라이브 바카라 ongoing effort to raise performance standards, will feature Sridhar working with a wide spectrum of players — including the national men's team, women's squad, emerging talents, premier club players, and Under-19 prospects.

A seasoned coach with BCCI Level 3 certification, Sridhar boasts extensive international experience, having served as India's fielding coach from 2014 to 2021, overseeing more than 300 international matches. Under his tenure, India emerged as one of the best fielding units in world cricket, known for their agility, catching consistency, and direct-hit effectiveness.

According to the SLC statement, Sridhar will start the programme with the senior men's team, before moving on to other squads. His sessions will include fielding drills, skill-specific training, and simulated match scenarios designed to mirror real-time game pressures and decision-making conditions.

The national women라이브 바카라 team, currently engaged in a tri-series with India and South Africa, may only be partially available for the programme, which is expected to begin shortly after the conclusion of the series on May 11.

SLC has previously brought in international expertise for focused training modules. In recent years, Zubin Bharucha, Wasim Akram, and Jonty Rhodes have led brief high-performance stints focused on batting, bowling, and fielding respectively.
