Despite getting bowled out for 159 runs in 39.1 overs, Netherlands came up trumps comfortably, powered by three-wicket hauls from Aryan Dutt and Zach Lion-Cachet. The hosts' innings folded for just 106 runs in 30 overs, with captain Gerhard Erasmus (31) and Ruben Trumpelmann (25 not out) the only batters to wage some sort of resistance.
Earlier, an 84-run opening stand between Vikramjit Singh (37) and Max O'Dowd (43), and a 47-run knock from Teja Nidamanuru were the only batting efforts worth talking about in the Dutch innings. The match was reduced to a 40-overs-a-side affair due to rain.
Namibia skipper Erasmus won the toss and elected to bowl first against Netherlands.

As per the rules of the ICC CWC League 2023-27, the top four teams will earn direct qualification for the Men's Cricket World Cup in 2027 whereas the bottom-placed teams will take part in the ICC World Cup qualifier, that sees them compete teams from the ICC World Cup Challenge League, ICC's third-tier 50-over tournament.
