Sunrisers Eastern Cape (Playing XI): Zak Crawley, David Bedingham, Tom Abell, Aiden Markram(c), Tristan Stubbs(w), Patrick Kruger, Marco Jansen, Simon Harmer, Craig Overton, Richard Gleeson, Ottneil Baartman
Pretoria Capitals (Playing XI): Will Jacks, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Kyle Verreynne(w), Rilee Rossouw(c), Liam Livingstone, Marques Ackerman, James Neesham, Senuran Muthusamy, Migael Pretorius, Eathan Bosch, Daryn Dupavillon
A stunning start for Dupavillon as he sends Aiden Markram packing for a duck on the very first ball. The delivery was short and on the hips, begging to be hit, and Markram tried to flick it away but couldn’t control the shot. He arrowed it straight to deep backward square leg, and Dupavillon couldn’t believe his luck. Both the Pretoria Capitals and Sunrisers Eastern Cape fans are left in shock at this dramatic early wicket.
SEC 7/3 (2.5)
Tristan Stubbs and Tom Abell are at the crease, aiming to stabilize after Sunrisers Eastern Cape라이브 바카라 early wickets. Dupavillon delivers a wide, short ball to Abell, but it라이브 바카라 too high and slightly down the leg side. Then, Dupavillon bowls to Stubbs, who smartly scoops the inswinger fine past the keeper and short fine leg for a boundary.
On the next ball, Stubbs guides a full delivery towards point for a single. Abell taps a ball to cover-point, narrowly escaping a direct hit, and picks up another quick single.
SEC 15/3 (4)
Things are looking really shaky for the Sunrisers, and it seems like the sun isn't shining for them today. Eathan Bosch delivers a sharp bumper to Tristan Stubbs, who rushes into a pull shot with no control.
The ball skies up and is caught by Muthusamy at deep mid-wicket. Stubbs departs for 11 off 12 balls, with two boundaries to his name. This is another blow for Sunrisers as they struggle to get going.
Marco Jansen comes to the crease.
SEC 26/5 (6.5)
Neesham is creating pressure, but no wickets have fallen yet. He bowls a full delivery outside off to Kruger, who doesn't manage a run. Jansen faces the next ball, a length delivery just outside off. He attempts to lap it but seems to miss, prompting Neesham to appeal for a caught-behind. However, after a moment of doubt, he decides not to review.
Despite the pressure, the Pretoria Capitals are unable to make a breakthrough for a while.
It라이브 바카라 difficult to say whether Marco Jansen is taking revenge or making up for the early wickets. He라이브 바카라 on a rampage now, starting with a check lofted four off Migael Pretorius’ slot ball outside off stump. With mid-off up, Jansen had it easy, and it nearly went all the way.
On the very next delivery, he unleashed a helicopter shot over mid-wicket for a massive six, taking full advantage of another over-pitched ball from Pretorius.
Marco Jansen's brilliant fifty in a time of crisis came to an abrupt end when he fell to Neesham. Despite his team's early struggles, Jansen had fought hard to take SEC to a more respectable position with a quick-fire 51 from 35 balls. However, just as he was celebrating his half-century, Neesham delivered a short ball that Jansen couldn't quite get under.
He mistimed the shot and sent a skier to Rossouw at cover, who made no mistake in taking the catch. Jansen's innings ended at 51, with SEC now facing another setback in their chase.
Ottneil Baartman comes to the crease.
SEC 98/8 (16.4)
Dupavillon strikes again! This time, he cleans up Craig Overton with a stunning slower yorker. Overton went for the big swing, but misjudged the delivery, playing right around it. The ball clipped his inside edge before hitting the stumps, leaving him bowled out for 12 off 11 balls. An excellent piece of bowling from Dupavillon.
SEC 109/9 (19)
It was a tough day with the bat for the Sunrisers Eastern Cape, as they could only manage 113 runs and couldn't even make it through their full 20 overs. The Capitals made a strong start after winning the toss and kept things simple with the ball.
Early on, the Sunrisers struggled badly, with poor shot selection and a bit of bad luck, leaving them at 24/4 by the end of the powerplay. Marco Jansen stepped up and played a brave knock, showing excellent timing and composure. He was determined to make something out of the situation, and his drive to get off the mark made it clear he wasn’t giving up.
Kruger tried to support him, but Muthusamy was quick to latch onto a sharp return catch, ending that partnership. Jansen fought hard to bring up a fifty, but the rest of the batting lineup couldn’t provide much help. Bosch, Dupavillon, and Muthusamy were the main threats with the ball, while Neesham finished things off in style.
Jansen라이브 바카라 efforts, the Sunrisers never really recovered, leaving the Capitals firmly in control. With just 113 on the board, it라이브 바카라 a low total to defend, and the Sunrisers will need an exceptional performance with the ball to have any chance of turning this game around.
Will Jacks wasted no time making his intentions clear as Pretoria Capitals opened their innings with a flurry of boundaries. Facing Craig Overton, Jacks showcased his flair right from the first ball, dispatching a full delivery through extra cover for a stunning four.
Though Overton managed two dot balls next, Jacks struck again on the fourth ball, skipping down the track and whipping a full delivery over deep mid-wicket for a commanding six. With Jacks in such scintillating form, the Capitals are off to an explosive start.
PC 14/0 (1)
A slow start for Pretoria Capitals. They have also lost two wickets. Verreynne and Gurbaz have been dismissed but it is still a decent score. Things under control for the Capitals so far. Sunrisers Eastern Cape need wickets and that too a lot of them.
PC 44/2 (6) need 70 runs in 84 balls
Sunrisers Eastern Cape keep fighting with wickets. Baartman now dismisses Rossouw and it is still game on. Pretoria Capitals now need a partnership. They still have Neesham among the big names. But partnership is what they need.
PC 61/4 (9) need 53 runs in 66 balls
Pretoria Capitals are slowly building a partnership here. Liam Livingstone and Marques Ackerman are taking the Capitals to the target a run by run.
PC 82/4 (13) need 32 runs in 42 balls
A good small partnership between Livingstone and Ackermann and that should be enough for Pretoria Capitals. Just a few runs away from victory and that would help Capitals to get their first win.
PC 99/4 (15)
Pretoria Capitals win by six wickets!
