Apart from an 80 from Saiteja Mukkamalla, no other United States batter could spend enough time on the crease. Shakeel Ahmed took four wickets for Oman and Jay Odedra picked up three scalps and the United States were bowled out for 151.
Opener Jatinder Singh hit a calm 82 not out to guide Oman to a comfortable seven-wicket win. USA's Harmeet Singh bowled a brilliant 10-over spell where he picked up a couple of wickets and gave away just 20 runs but he did not find much support from other side.
