Wolves Vs Brighton, Premier League: Danny Welbeck, Matheus Cunha Shine In Seagulls' Win
Brighton secured a 2-0 win over Wolves at Molineux, boosting their European hopes. Danny Welbeck's first-half penalty gave Brighton the lead after Matheus Cunha fouled Ansu Fati. Despite Wolves' efforts to equalise, they were unable to break down Brighton's defence. Late in the game, Brajan Gruda sealed the win with a clever chip over Jose Sa. The victory lifts Brighton to ninth place, narrowly behind Brentford on goal difference. For Wolves, it's back-to-back losses after their record-breaking six-game winning streak, leaving them 14th in the table.
