NBA: Pascal Sikam Power Cavaliers To 3-1 Lead Over Pacers
The Indiana Pacers delivered a dominant performance in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, steamrolling the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers 129-109 to seize a commanding 3-1 series lead. Powered by 21 points from Pascal Siakam and 20 each from Myles Turner and Obi Toppin, Indiana set a franchise playoff record with 80 first-half points and broke an NBA postseason mark with 25 assists in a half during the play-by-play era. The Pacers' 42-16 second-quarter surge all but sealed the outcome, with Cleveland unraveling further after star guard Donovan Mitchell exited at halftime due to a left ankle injury.
