NBA: Knicks Dominate Timberwolves As Karl-Anthony Towns Returns In Style

The New York Knicks secured a commanding 133-107 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves in Thursday's NBA game, with Karl-Anthony Towns delivering an outstanding performance. Towns, playing his first game against the Timberwolves since being traded to the Knicks before training camp, recorded 32 points, 20 rebounds, six assists, and made all five of his 3-point attempts. After spending nine NBA seasons with Minnesota, the former first-overall pick from the 2015 draft exploded for 19 points in the second quarter, helping the Knicks build a dominant 73-51 halftime lead. Mikal Bridges contributed 29 points, six rebounds, and six assists for New York (17-10). On the Timberwolves’ side, Julius Randle led with 24 points, while Anthony Edwards managed 17 points and nine rebounds.
