The American needed just 79 minutes to see off Raducanu, triumphing 6-1 6-2.
Gauff made an aggressive start, racing into a 3-0 lead before Raducanu got on the board, successfully defending a break point to do so.
However, Gauff asserted her dominance once more despite the Brit's best efforts, finally taking the lead by converting her fifth set-point attempt.
Raducanu looked steadier in the second set, holding her nerve on serve as there was little to split the pair in the early stages.
Gauff ended up running away with the match, though, as she won the final five games in a row and booked her place in the quarter-finals on her second attempt at match point when Raducanu hit long.
Jasmine Paolini is also through to the quarter-finals, becoming the first Italian to reach that stage in Rome since Sara Errani made the 2014 final.
She beat Jelena Ostapenko 7-5 6-2 to earn a first victory over the Latvian since 2014, and her second overall.

This was Gauff's 15th win at the Italian Open, the joint-second-most by a player aged 22 or under at the event, with only Gabriela Sabatini (27) doing so more.
Gauff, who has not dropped a set since her opener against Victoria Mboko, is also the youngest player to reach four quarter-finals in clay WTA 1000 events since the format's introduction in 2009.바카라 웹사이트
She is the first American player to reach her third quarter-final at the Italian Open since Venus Williams in 2006.
However, her best finish in Rome has been the semi-final, doing so twice. She lost on both occasions to eventual champion Iga Swiatek, and she will be hoping she can improve that record this time around.
