Brady Corbet's critically-acclaimed post-war film The Brutalist, is all set to release in India on January 24, 2025, reported PTI. The film won three awards at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards- Best Drama Film, Best Director and Best Actor trophies.

The Brutalist starring Adrian Brody, Guy Pearce, Felicity Jones, and Joe Alwyn shows the journey of László Toth (Brody), a Hungarian Jewish architect and a Holocaust survivor who escapes to America from post-World War II Europe to build a new life. He begins a career under the patronage of a wealthy man and how his life changes forever.

The Brutalist, that explores the themes of survival, and ambition, released in the US on December 20, 2024, and received rave reviews from critics. It was praised for stunning performances and deep narrative.

Brady Corbet, in a statement shared, "The film is about many things, including building a building, but it라이브 바카라 also a movie about making a movie. Architecture and filmmaking have a lot in common because it takes roughly the same amount of people to construct a building or make a movie. 'The Brutalist' for me was a way of talking about the more bureaucratic aspect of the artistic process''.

Corbet also said the film was "a story of quiet perseverance and the need to strive for excellence." He added, "Even when the ground has been ripped out from underneath you''.

The Brutalist is Universal Pictures film, and is distributed by Warner Bros Discovery. It also stars Raffey Cassidy, Stacy Martin, Emma Laird, Isaach De Bankolé, and Alessandro Nivola among others.
