Kevin Bacon starrer The Bondsman release date has been announced by Prime Video alongside a trailer.
Actor Kevin Bacon, better known for his roles in The Demon Murder Case, Tremors, Stir of Echoes, Hollow Man, Friday the 13th, and television series The Following, among others, will be seen in the upcoming supernatural series, The Bondsman, from Blumhouse Television and Amazon MGM Studios. The Bondsman release date has been announced by Prime Video. All eight episodes of the series will premiere on the OTT giant on April 3, 2025.
The first trailer for the series has also been released, and it shows Bacon playing a bounty hunter named Hub Halloran, who has come back from the dead and is assigned a new job with a new twist.
Hub, who was murdered, gets a new life with a demonic power. He is now given a job to hunt demons (who have escaped from Hell) for the Devil after Lucifer resurrects him. If he fails in this new mission, he will be "terminated," as told by Jolene Purdy's Midge in the red band trailer.
The official logline of The Bondsman reads: "By chasing demons with his fists, guns and chainsaws, and with the help and hindrance of his estranged family, Halloran learns how his own sins for his soul condemned in the first place and how he can also get another chance at love and even country music success."

Created by Grainger David, Bondsman was first announced in 2023. Erik Oleson serves as the showrunner and executive producer alongside Jason Blum, Jeremy Gold, Chris Dickie, and Chris McCumber.
Apart from acting, Bacon is also an executive producer of the series.
