Met Gala 2025: Shah Rukh Khan Makes King-Size Debut In All-Black Ensemble

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan ascended the stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the Met Gala 2025. The Badshah of Bollywood made a grand entry in a custom Sabyasachi Mukherjee-designed ensemble. SRK made a powerful statement with an all-black outfit. With his look, the Jawan actor complemented this year's Met Gala dress code: 'Tailored for You', and theme 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style', which celebrates the artistry of Black menswear and dandyism.

For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan has scripted history by becoming the first Indian male actor to grace the Met Gala event.

Shah Rukh Khan's iconic debut at Met Gala 2025, was one of the major highlights for the Indians. They have been anticipating their favourite Khan to dazzle at the fashion's biggest and exquisite night. Khan, didn't disappoint them with his classic look.

Shah Rukh understood the assignment—sticking to the dress code, he hit the gala night wearing a custom-made all-black tailored suit by Sabyasachi. He wore layered jewellery featuring a set of gold chains, but the main highlight was the oversized ‘K’ pendant necklace, that honoured his “King Khan” title. It stole the spotlight at the event.

The 59-year-old star completed his look with a stylish brooch, chunky rings, a sceptre, luxe watch, a pair of sleek black glasses, and black shoes.

SRK's manager Pooja Dadlani shared his dapper look on Instagram.

He posed, smiled and waved at fans on the blue carpet. Khan also stole the show by striking his signature pose with his dimpled smile.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in King, which also features his daughter Suhana Khan. He is also said to be in Pathaan 2. There are also rumours of him collaborating with Pushpa director Sukumar, for an upcoming film.
