This Bombay High Court's decision comes a day after the Madras High Court extended interim anticipatory bail for the comedian.
The FIR was filed by Khar Police after a complaint was made by Shinde Sena MLA Murji Patel.
The comedian sang a parody Bholi Si Surat', a popular song from the Bollywood movie 'Dil To Pagal Hai', in which he allegedly targeted Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, prompting multiple FIRs to be filed against him.
