BFC 0-0 KSHI (0')
A lively start from Inter Kashi, as they attempt to break Bengaluru's defensive line early on.
Ryan Williams gets a bit of look in from the physio in the early stages.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (3')
The early stages have been exclusively played in the Bengaluru final third as Inter Kashi pile on the pressure. Nikola Stojanovic had a look in at the goal in front of the box, but the Serbian keeps on going down the left side and eventually runs out of pitch.
A terrific start from the I-League side.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (6')
Edmund Lalrindika has been a constant thord in Bengaluru's side so far. The forward plays it to Sarthak Golui, and the full-back lofts in a cross towards Bryce Miranda, but the wingers fails to catch on to it as it hits his arm and goes behind.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (10')
What a terrific chance for Inter Kashi, and it's Edmund at its heart again. The attacker finds Prasanth Karuthadathkuni with a terrific through ball, and the striker beats the offside trap and finds himself one on one with Gurpreet. He tries to go towards the far side, but the shot just ricochets off the post. Jovanovic did just enough to put him off, but a respite for Bengaluru.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (13')
The first shot on target of the game for Inter Kashi, and it's a strike from distance from Mario Barco that does not trouble Gurpreet Singh Sandhu.
Three shots for Inter Kashi so far, and NONE for Bengaluru FC. Wow.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (17')
Well, well. A missplaced pass leads to an Inter Kashi break, and Stojanovic finsds Edmund with a lobbed pass. The linesman's flag goes up, though. The replays show that it was closer than it looked -- did Jovanovic play the forward on?
Regardless, another forward venture for Inter Kashi, who are dominating at the moment.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (21')
Edmund, again -- how many times have we said his name in the early moments? Sarthak finds him with a terrific chipped pass, and he brings it down swiftly and lets go, but it's marginally wide.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (21')
Woah. Ryan Williams shows excellent first touch to get a ball down the right side, and backup keeper Shubham Das makes a complete mess of it. He tries to come off his liine to get the ball, but Williams just goes around him and tries to cross the ball towards the box, but the two Bengaluru players can't get it, and an eventual shot is blocked by the Kashi defence. Wake up call for the I-League side, this.
Bengaluru FC go forward again, but Fanai's shot is always rising. Shubham under some pressure for the first time.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (24')
Ryan Williams shows excellent footwork to get away from the Kashi defence and passes it to Namgyal Bhutia on the right, and the full-back -- confident after his recent displays in ISL -- cuts in and tries to go for glory, but it's wide.
Maybe crossing would have been a better option for the youngster?
BFC 0-0 KSHI (27')
Edmund shows terrific power to hold of Bhutia's challenge down the left side, and crosses it back to Mario Barco in the middle. The Spaniard shoots with his left foot, but the connection is just not there, and it sort of bounces off the Kashi defender into Gupreet's gloves. Barco should have done better, completely unmarked in the box.
We have the drinks break now.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (29')
Vinith finds Edgar Mendez down the left flank, and the Spaniard pulls it back for the onrushing Fanai, but he shoots straight at Shubham Das.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (31')

Two minutes added on by the fourth official.
Namgyal Bhutia tries to float in a cross from the right side, but Bijoy Varghese heads it back for a corner.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (45')
After some desperate defending from Inter Kashi defenders, throwing their bodies on the line to block Bengaluru FC's attack, the referee finally blows his whistle for half-time.
After a fantastic start from Inter Kashi, Benglauru FC were arguably the stronger side in the final five minutes, and Kashi somehow survived the onslaught from Williams and Fanai.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (HT)
Six shots from Bengaluru FC compared to five from Inter Kashi, but both teams have had just ONE shot on target in the first 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another interesting development for Indian football, the SAFF Championships, scheduled to start on July 2025, has reportedly been postponed to 2026, as confirmed by SAFF Executive Committee member Ali Umar.
The referee blows his whistle, and the second half is underway.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (45')
Bengaluru start in fifth gear from the get go. Ryan Williams goes up down the right side and tries to beat Narayan Das with a cross, but it ends up being a shot as Shubham Das puts it behind.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (46')
Woah! Prasanth finds Edmund down the right edge of the box, and the attacker tries to cross it back into the box towards Bryce Miranda. Naorem tries to clear the ball, but his clearance hits Prasanth and flies back towards Gurpreet's goal. The goalkeeper shows excellent reflexes to tip it back.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (48')
Another chance for Inter Kashi. Nikola Stojanovic takes the free-kick from a good spot, and tries to curl one in towards the top left corner. Gurpreet once again comes to the rescue, diving at full stretch to keep the ball out. Good start from Inter Kashi.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (49')
A terrible challenge from Roshan Singh, sliding in from behind against Barco to earn himself a booking.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (52')
A good one-two between Prasanth and Barco, but the latter goes down under a strong physical battle with Roshan. The Spaniard writhes in pain, probably hoping for a freekick and a second yellow card, but the ref waves play on.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (54')
Change for Bengaluru FC:
Jorge Pereyra Diaz IN
Lalremtluanga Fanai OUT
A number of openings for Bengaluru FC. A great move down the right flank, andEdgar Mendez puts in a brilliantly weighted cross towards the substitute Pereyra Diaz. Poor, poor defending from Inter Kashi, and both the defence and goalkeeper fail to grab on to the ball, but the substitute can't get his head on to the ball.
BFC 0-0 KSHI (59')
What a calamity for Inter Kashi!! Noguera finds Williams with a terrific cross field cross. The Austrialian goes tries to bring the ball down. Shubham Das rushes to catch the ball, and not for the first time today, completely misses it. Williams makes no mistake, and slots the ball into an empty net.
A lapse of communication between Narayan Das and Shubham Das, and it's Inter Kashi who suffer.
BFC 1-0 KHI (62')
Namgyal finds Williams in acres of space down the right hand side, and the Australian tries to cross it towards Edgar Mendez, but Shubham gets a block in this time.

BFC 1-0 KSHI (68')
Noguera gives a tug on Stojanovic's jersey, and gets his name taken by the referee.
BFC 10- KSHI (72')
Prasanth tries to go forward looking for an equaliser, but his cross is blocked. Kashi are not getting many opportunities to venture ahead, and must make more out of this instances.

Matija Babovic and late goals -- what else! Asif finds Aritra down the left flank again, and the winger puts in a better cross this time, and finds Matija Babovic in the box. The Serbian puts in a terrific flick, putting it past Gurpreet to equalise the score!
