United States 2-1 Australia: USWNT Reach The SheBelieves Cup Final With Win Over Matildas
The United States beat Australia 2-1 to secure a spot in the SheBelieves Cup final. With this, the Matildas suffered a second consecutive defeat. Lynn Biyendolo put the hosts ahead just 42 seconds into the game, setting the tone early. Australia tried hard to grow into the match, but then Michelle Cooper doubled the USA's lead in the 67th minute.
