Around 50,000 people have been evacuated to safer areas in Gujarat as the state braces for powerful Cyclone Biparjoy. The storm is expected to make landfall on Thursday evening at near Jakhau port in Kutch district. The wind speed could reach up to 150 kpmh at the time of landfall.
