Earlier, Kuwait skipper Mohammed Aslam had won the toss and decided to bowl first. However, his decision backfired considerably as Oman registered a whopping 200/9 in 20 overs.
In reply, Zeeshan Maqsood (4/29) and Aqib Ilyas (3/14) turned the screws on the Oman batters as the hosts failed to get close to the Kuwait target and could only muster 154/9.
Oman have thus booked their place in the final of the tournament and will play the United Arab Emirates in the title clash.
Both the sides have so far won and lost a couple of games each.
