Biography

Roger David, known by his stage name Bohemia, is a Pakistani-American rapper, singer, songwriter, and music producer who is widely regarded as the pioneer of Desi Hip-Hop. Born on October 15, 1979, into a Punjabi Christian family in Karachi, Sindh, Bohemia spent his early years in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where he completed his education. At the age of 13, he and his family moved to the United States, a transition that would heavily influence his music and artistic journey.

In 2017, Bohemia married Sunny David in an intimate ceremony held in the Bay Area of San Francisco, California.

Here, he met hip-hop producer Sha One, and together they formed "The Outfit Entertainment." Following the success of his debut, Bohemia released his second album, Pesa Nasha Pyar (Money, Intoxication, Love), which became the first full-length Punjabi rap album launched by a major label. Bohemia's talent also caught the attention of Bollywood, where he performed title tracks for movies like Chandni Chowk to China and 8 x 10 Tasveer, both starring Akshay Kumar.
