Unrest In Manipur

As the clashes escalated over time, the state imposed curfews and took several steps, like shutting down the internet several times, to protect citizens. Several videos have been present on social media for months that depict the situation of violence.

In June, the discovery of a man's body in Jiribam triggered a fresh wave of violence, leading to widespread arson, gunfights, and the displacement of over 1,000 people.
