After dismissing Punjab cheaply on Day 1, Karnataka have started Day 2 just as the first as they continue to look to the pile on the runs and pressure and aim to take a bonus point.

Jammu & Kashmir skipper Paras Dogra has been sent pack to the pavilion for 19 after by Mohit Avasthi. The 32-year-old was earlier hit for a six on the first ball but has the last laugh.

In this another star-studded match, Ravindra Jadeja's Saurashtra have been bowled out for 271 in reply to Delhi's 188. The home team have built a lead of 83.

Karnataka have seized the initiative by building a lead of 281 Runs against Punjab, who were earlier bowled out for 55, led by Shubman Gill. At lunch, Karnataka are 336/5.

Mumbai are in all sorts of trouble against J&K. The hosts are 91/6 and have conjured up a six-run lead. Another Shardul Thakur rescue act on the cards?

Baroda are reeling at 79/7 in reply to Maharashtra's 297.

Sai Kishore has come to the party with three wickets as the lower-order hope to bring Chandigarh close, trailing by 121 runs with four wickets in hand.

Rajasthan have been bowled out for 265, but have taken a good 100-run lead in the first innings after SV Joshi's brilliant 78. For Vidarbha, Harsh Dubey was the pick of the bowlers, taking a fifer.

Coming together at 7 down with just a 15-run lead, Shardul Thakur and Tanush Kotian have once again stepped up, mirroring their first-innings heroics. Their partnership is steadily growing, with the lead nearing 100. J&K, having lost momentum, will now be worried about how much more this duo can add on a challenging pitch.

Mumbai all-rounder Shardul Thakur scored his second First-Class century on Friday during his team's Ranji Trophy match against Jammu & Kashmir at the BKC Ground in Mumbai.

Nishant Sindhu and Himanshu Rana have added 51 runs for the third wicket, with Rana just five runs away from his half-century. Haryana already holds a commanding 189-run lead, with the potential to stretch it beyond 300 on Day 3.

Another interesting day of domestic cricket. The star of the day was undoubtedly Ravindra Jadeja who picked a total of 12 wickets in Saurashtra's 10 wicket win over Delhi. Rishabh Pant failed to fire in both the innings. The Mumbai biggies too failed. Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shreyas Iyer, Shivam Dube and Ajinkya Rahane all could not play a big innings in the second dig against Jammu and Kashmir. The other big name, Shubman Gill, is still batting for Punjab at 7 off 36 balls.
