The Yaks were shot out for 101 runs, with Harmeet Singh claiming two wickets and Airee, Scott Kuggeleijn scalping two apiece. In response, the Royals waltzed to the target in 15.4 overs, with Airee and Ishan Pandey both scoring 38 runs.
This was the last league game of NPL 2024, and will be followed by the play-offs starting with the Eliminator and Qualifier 1 on Wednesday.

The Royals enter the contest on the back of a nervy five-run win against the Pokhara Avengers after Scott Kuggeleijn picked up a fifer, and sit pretty at the top of the points table.
The Yaks, who had Shikhar Dhawan starring in earlier games, also come into the fixture on the back of their five-run win against Lumbini Lions, and are placed fourth on the table.
