AC Milan have a third goal, and surely, have sealed the deal. Tijjani Reijnders it is, who drives it in from his left foot to put the result beyond doubt. The Rossoneri are now three goals ahead in the second leg as well as tie, and with very little time remaining in this fixture, virtually assured a place in the Coppa Italia final.

And that's it. The full-time whistle is blown, and AC Milan emerge victors by a dominant 3-0 margin in the second leg. That hands the Rossoneri a 4-1 win by aggregate, and they not only advance to the Italian Cup final, but also deny Inter a shot at a treble (Serie A, Champions League and Coppa Italia).

While Inter's journey in the Italian Cup ends with this defeat, AC Milan now await the victor of the second semi-final between Bologna and Empoli. The second leg of that tie is slated to be played at Renato Dall'Ara Stadium (Bologna) on Friday, and the final will be held on May 14.
