Despite all the focus on Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, Hurts' performance on the night, saw him join an elite list of stars on the MVP Club. Hurts joined a list of quarterbacks who have won the MVP award, alongside Mahomes and Joe Flacco.

Who Is Jalen Hurts?
The Eagles quarterback was born 7 August, 1998 in Houston, Texas in the small town of Channelview. His parents Averion and Pamela Hurts have been instrumental in the quarterback stepping into the world of football.
He has a brother Averion Jr, and sister Kynnedy, all of whom have a passion for sports. While their father coached Jalen and his brother at the Channelview High School, their sister Kynnedy played for her school's girls volleyball team.
In 2024, Jalen made the headlines after he had donated $200,000 to install air-conditioners in Philadelphia-area schools, so that the students could learn during the sweltering summer season in the city.
He also runs a charity, by unveiling a trust called as 1 Mission, which aims to provide essential food supplies and support teachers and students in underfunded schools in Philadelphia.
Jalen is currently dating Bry Burrows, who was his classmate in Alabama.
