The 78th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA), one of the most prestigious award ceremony in global cinema, took place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on February 17 IST. It was hosted by actor David Tennant. This year, Conclave and The Brutalist had tie with four awards each. Adrien Brody and Mikey Madison won big in the acting categories.
Brady Corbet triumphed with Best Director award. Zoe Saldana took home the Best Supporting Actress award. Payal Kapadia's All We Imagine As Light lost the Best Film Not in the English Language award to the Spanish crime musical, Emilia Perez.
