As per a report in the Free Press Journal, in a project in Lucknow by the Tulsiani Group called Sushant Golf City, a Mumbai-based person Kirit Jaswant Shah purchased a flat for Rs 85 lakh in 2015. However, Shah didn't get possession of the flat and his money was also not refined. Shah filed a complaint against the directors of Tulsiani Group, namely Anil Kumar Tulsiani, Mahesh Tulsiani, and brand ambassador Gauri.
