Jenna Ortega starrer Wednesday is back with Season 2. The much-awaited show will premiere on Netflix in two parts. Part 1 will be released in August, while part 2 will be streaming in September, 2025.

The official logline of Wednesday Season 2 reads: Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega), returns to prowl the Gothic halls of Nevermore Academy, where fresh foes and woes await. This season, Wednesday must navigate family, friends and old adversaries, propelling her into another year of delightfully dark and kooky mayhem. Armed with her signature razor-sharp wit and deadpan charm, Wednesday is also plunged into a new bone-chilling supernatural mystery.

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar are the creator and showrunners, while Tim Burton has directed the spooky series with Paco Cabezas and Angela Robinson.

Burton is also the executive producer alongside Steve Stark, Andrew Mittman, Meredith Averill, Karen Richards, Gail Berman, Jonathan Glickman, Tommy Harper, Kayla Alpert, and Kevin Miserocchi.

Wednesday Season 2 Cast

Apart from Jenna Ortega, the show also stars Emma Myers, Steve Buscemi, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzman, Isaac Ordonez, Joy Sunday, Billie Piper, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo, Moosa Mostafa, Georgie Farmer, Victor Dorobantu, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah B. Taylor, Hunter Doohan.

Jamie McShane, Joanna Lumley, Joonas Suatamo, Fred Armisen, Christopher Lloyd, Thandiwe Newton, Heather Matarazzo, and Frances O'Connor will have guest appearances.

Ortega, who is also a producer of this season, tells Tudum that the most exciting thing is being able to revisit her character. “Wednesday Addams is one of the coolest characters of all time, so to have gotten the opportunity to play her once was incredible, and then to be able to slip into the costume and tone again, it라이브 바카라 so much fun.
