In the National Capital, both Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and Aam Admi Pary (AAP) are locked in a war of words and posters – each accusing the other of mismanagement and corruption, with crucial issues like leadership and governance taking center stage. With both parties throwing barbs at each other, the Delhi Assembly election is shaping up to be a high-stakes contest.
AAP, with its focus on governance and welfare programs, faces a determined BJP that is eager to capitalize on any perceived shortcomings of the ruling party.

AAP라이브 바카라 “Tumhara Dulha Kaun Hai?” jab at BJP
AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, took a dig at the BJP for its failure to announce a chief ministerial face ahead of the elections, which are expected to take place next month. In a humorous social media video post, AAP likened the BJP라이브 바카라 leadership vacuum to a groom (“dulha”) missing from his wedding procession, symbolizing the party's lack of direction. The video shows a wedding horse without a groom.
This act was clearly aimed at BJP's prolonged struggle with choosing a strong contender for the CM position in Delhi—a challenge the BJP has faced since losing power in 1998.
BJP responds with ‘Aapda Jaayegi, BJP Aayegi’
In response, the BJP didn't hold back and on social media, launched a counterattack with a focus on what it calls the “disastrous” governance under Kejriwal라이브 바카라 leadership. The poster is divided into two halves — the upper half shows a distressed Delhi under the AAP government and the lower shows a developed one under the BJP. The poster read “Aapda Jaayegi, Bhajpaa Aayegi.”
The party mocked AAP라이브 바카라 financial mismanagement and questioned its ability to sustain its ambitious welfare projects.
PM Modi라이브 바카라 ‘Aap-da’ attack on AAP
The political temperature escalated when Prime Minister Narendra Modi, speaking at a rally in north-west Delhi라이브 바카라 Ashok Vihar, branded the AAP government as an “aapda” (disaster) for Delhi. According to Modi, AAP라이브 바카라 rule has been marked by rampant corruption and mismanagement in critical sectors like education, pollution control, and the excise policy. He accused Kejriwal and his party of involvement in multiple scams, including the liquor policy and school education, further alleging that they had transformed Delhi into a hub of “brazen corruption.”
Modi라이브 바카라 attack on Kejriwal wasn’t just limited to politics; he also targeted the Delhi CM라이브 바카라 lifestyle. Referring to Kejriwal라이브 바카라 previous residence, Modi mocked the AAP leader for spending public funds on an extravagant house, sarcastically calling it a “Sheesh Mahal” (palatial home). The Prime Minister, in his usual fiery style, raised a slogan, “Aapda ko nahi sahenge, badal kar rahenge” (We will not tolerate disaster, we will change it), promising to rid Delhi of what he called the Kejriwal-led disaster.
Kejriwal fires back at Modi라이브 바카라 remarks
Kejriwal quickly turned the tables, arguing that the real disaster lay within the BJP. He questioned the BJP's failure to announce a chief ministerial candidate and criticized the party for lacking a coherent narrative and agenda for Delhi. Kejriwal also accused Modi and the BJP of being “detached from reality,” saying that they failed to recognize the positive changes AAP had brought to the capital, especially in areas like education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
At a press conference, Kejriwal also responded to Modi라이브 바카라 “Sheesh Mahal” remark by highlighting the contrast between Modi라이브 바카라 alleged opulence and AAP라이브 바카라 focus on welfare. “The BJP has no agenda for the people of Delhi; their narrative is built on lies and false promises,” Kejriwal asserted.
Kejriwal further added that without AAP's work, the projects in Delhi would not have been inaugurated.
"Those who say that the AAP keeps fighting, today's inauguration is an example that shows that AAP only works for the people of Delhi. They sent our top leadership to jail - but the atrocities that happened against us, we didn't make that an issue - otherwise these projects would not have been inaugurated,” ANI quoted Kejriwal as saying.
BJP targets AAP라이브 바카라 financial mismanagement
As part of its ongoing strategy, the BJP has vowed to spotlight AAP's financial mismanagement in the lead-up to the elections. Party spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi claimed that Delhi's once-healthy budget surplus, which stood at 1.56 percent in 2015-16, had now turned into an impending deficit under AAP's governance. The BJP has also raised concerns over AAP라이브 바카라 increasing debt burden, accusing the Kejriwal government of irresponsible borrowing to fund its schemes.
Trivedi criticized AAP for what he called a “shameless” approach to fiscal management and pointed out that the party had failed to generate sufficient revenue for Delhi, even as it continued to overspend. He warned that if AAP were to return to power, Delhi would face an economic crisis that could take years to recover from.
As the Delhi Assembly election date approaches, the political stakes are high. AAP, which secured a landslide victory in 2015 and 2020, will be hoping to maintain its dominance in the 70-member Assembly. In both previous elections, the party won 67 and 62 seats, respectively, with the BJP라이브 바카라 tally dwindling to single digits. However, the BJP is confident that the mounting discontent against AAP라이브 바카라 governance and its focus on corruption will rally voters to support a change.
The Election Commission has yet to announce the official election dates, but with the current Assembly's term ending on February 23, political campaigns are already in full swing.
