1. Tell us about your early years in real estate. What initially inspired both of you to enter this industry?

Bhadresh Shah: I am a first-generation entrepreneur with roots in Chhani—a small village near Dungarpur in Rajasthan. My journey from Chhani to Mumbai, and specifically to Mumbai라이브 바카라 dynamic and vibrant real estate sector, was driven by my ambition to succeed in the City of Dreams. This inspired me to launch Today Global Developers (now Today Group) in 2004. My goal was to build a business that prioritises honesty and integrity. At the time, my younger brother Bhavesh was working in Manhattan, New York: he had just completed his MBA and wanted to gain some international work experience. He returned to India in 2012 and joined the business to make our collective vision a reality. From beginning our operations with a modest team of four, Today Group has now evolved into a robust organisation with over 250 experienced professionals—a testament to our unwavering dedication and pioneering ideals.

2. How has your shared vision as brothers and individual strengths contributed to shaping Today Group, especially while overcoming the initial challenges of establishing yourselves in the competitive Navi Mumbai market?

Bhavesh Shah: The real estate market is extremely competitive and Navi Mumbai, in particular, is a hub for new developments and new players. What differentiates Today Group from our competitors is that our business is built on strong ideals. Our commitment to our joint vision, as well as our ability to recognise, appreciate and leverage each other라이브 바카라 strengths, has helped us to overcome challenges and establish Today Group as a formidable name in the sector. While I have a milder, more diplomatic approach when handling Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations, my brother is slightly more aggressive, which is crucial from an Operations point of view.

Bhadresh Shah: We may have differences of opinion from time to time; however, we approach every conversation and discussion with a positive mindset and the objective of making decisions jointly based on sound rationale, our individual experiences and our shared beliefs. Over the years, we have established a strong working synergy and a balanced approach to decision making.

4. What are some core values that you both prioritise in managing Today Group?

Bhavesh Shah: Trust, transparency and honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of Today Group. Our organisational vision is to create a happy and professional work environment, where consistent growth is powered by robust internal systems and processes. Through our family-owned and professionally managed business, we have tried to ensure that these values are upheld by every individual in the organisation.

5. How has Navi Mumbai transformed over the years, and how will the upcoming infrastructure developments shape it as the “third Mumbai”? What impact will these advancements have on boosting the city라이브 바카라 appeal, especially in terms of real estate?

Bhadresh Shah: Navi Mumbai will continue to grow as it evolves into a ‘third Mumbai’, with a vast area of 323.44 square kilometres (covering Karnala, Sai and Chirner) in close promixity to its fluid boundaries. 8. With evolving buyer preferences, how does Today Group plan to meet new demands in luxury, sustainability, and technology?

Bhavesh Shah: As mentioned earlier, homebuyer preferences keep evolving and, as developers, staying abreast with these developments helps us to better address customer needs. Today Group relies on market intelligence derived from robust research and feedback mechanisms. Technology plays an important role in enabling us to build products that meet the luxury and sustainability asks of discerning homebuyers.

9. Can you share details about any upcoming projects or expansions you are particularly excited about?

Bhadresh Shah: We have a 30-acre township planned in Upper Kharghar. It will be a unique project offering best-in-class lifestyle amenities and will involve collaborations with multiple national as well as international brands. Upon its completion, the project will distinguish itself as the first-ever modern living community in Navi Mumbai, which will house over 5,500 families.

10. What trends do you foresee in the next few years? Where do you envision Today Group in the next decade?

Bhadresh Shah: Panvel, Upper Kharghar and Nerul will be the primary drivers of real estate growth in Navi Mumbai, over the next 10 years. With improved infrastructure, these locations will be seamlessly connected to major hubs in Mumbai and the rest of MMR, including the ‘third Mumbai’ that is being planned around the new international airport. My dream is to take Today Group to even greater heights, backed by a strong professional team capable of venturing beyond the city limits.
