The 2024 IEEE Silchar Subsection Conference (SILCON) took place at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala from November 15–17, 2024. This premier annual event, technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Kolkata Section, served as an outstanding platform for innovation and knowledge exchange in the fields of science and engineering. Researchers, industry professionals, and students gathered to discuss and showcase the latest advancements across a wide range of technological disciplines.

IEEE SILCON is the flagship conference of the IEEE Silchar Subsection, attracting global experts from academia, industry, and government. The event covered numerous fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Communication Systems, Signal Processing, and Electrical Engineering, providing a dynamic environment for the presentation of groundbreaking research.
