Australia dominated day 2 of the Women's Ashes one-off Test, finishing with 422/5, and leading England by 252 runs played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday (January 31, 2025). After early wickets, Sutherland's solid century (101) and Mooney's unbeaten 98 anchored the innings. The pair shared a 154-run partnership. Despite England's efforts, missed chances and a late fall of Gardner (44) left them struggling. This is the concluding rubber of the tour, after three ODIs and as many T20Is.
