The Ahmer Bin Nasir-led side chased down Hong Kong's 127-run target in 16.4 overs to lift the trophy. Imran Anwar was named the Player of the Match for his unbeaten fifty (61 not out off 51) and three-wicket haul (3/19).
Earlier, Hong Kong were limited to 126 for five in 20 overs, with Anshy Rath top-scoring with a 32-ball 44. Apart from Anwar's three-fer, Abdul Majid returned figures of 2/22.
